Private Pay Options Available
Private pay may be an option for individuals who are uninsured, whose insurance plan is out of network, or who prefer to pay directly for eligible services.
Nebraska allows direct access to occupational therapy, so a referral is generally not required for private-pay services. When appropriate, we may coordinate with your healthcare provider to support safe, comprehensive care.
Contact us for current rates and a written estimate of expected charges.
Private-pay eligible may be affected by Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ compensation, auto-claim or insurance-contract requirements. Please contact us so we can review your individual situation.
No Referral Needed
Private-pay patients can contact us directly to request an appointment. We’ll answer your questions, review your needs, and help you get scheduled.
Clear, Upfront Costs
We will explain applicable rates before your first appointment. Uninsured and eligible self-pay patients will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges as required.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Medicare cover occupational therapy?
Nebraska allows direct access to occupational therapy, so a referral may not be required to schedule an evaluation. However, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation, auto claims, and certain insurance plans may require a referral, authorization, or certified plan of care for coverage. Contact us first, and we will help determine your plan’s requirements.
Do you accept Nebraska Medicaid?
Yes, we accept Nebraska Medicaid. Participation and authorization requirements may vary by Medicaid-managed care plan. Please contact us before scheduling so we can confirm your coverage and any required documentation.
What if my insurance plan isn’t accepted?
You may have out-of-network benefits or be eligible for private-pay options. Contact us, and we will help you understand available options. Coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed unless confirmed by your insurance plan.
Do you offer private-pay services?
Yes. Private pay may be available for uninsured patients, patients with out-of-network plans, and eligible services not billed to insurance. We will explain applicable rates and provide a Good Faith Estimate when required.
